Rx Contact Center
With
the goal of improving outcomes, URA Rx maintains a constant flow of
information to and from patients, healthcare professionals and clients,
all routed through our Contact Center.
The URA Rx Contact Center is staffed with medical
professionals. All URA Rx nurses are healthcare professionals and
have professional experience in oncology. They further expand their
knowledge with continuous learning opportunities available through our own
training programs. Our nurses are caring, empathic listeners, sensitive
to cultural diversity and the individual needs of each patient. Multilingual representatives are
available as needed.
URA Rx Contact
Center, a dedicated, 24/7 facility, is fully HIPAA compliant and strictly
adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures specified by each client.
